These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and Fruit Million. By accessing the platform, creating a profile, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using our platform immediately. We reserve the right to change these conditions when necessary. Significant changes will be notified, but it is your responsibility to keep yourself continuously informed about the applicable rules.

To create an account, you must be 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. You undertake to provide only truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during the registration process. We reserve the right to request documentation at any time to verify your identity, address, and payment methods.

Your account is strictly personal, and you may not transfer, sell, or grant access to your profile to third parties. It is your responsibility to keep your login information confidential. You must not use the platform for illegal purposes, including money laundering, fraud, extortion, or exploitation of technical errors and software vulnerabilities (bugs). The use of automated systems (bots) is strictly prohibited.

All deposits must be made from an account or payment card registered in your own name. We do not accept deposits from third parties. Fruit Million reserves the right to apply fees to transactions if applicable; however, such fees will always be clearly stated before a transfer is approved.

When you use our services, you fully acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of financial loss. Results are based on random number generators and cannot be predicted. We give no guarantees of winnings or specific outcomes, and any loss incurred by using the platform is solely your own responsibility.

All material on the platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, belongs to Fruit Million or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content without our express written permission.

The platform may contain references or links to websites and services operated by third parties. We have no control over these external sites and assume no responsibility for their content, policies, or any losses and damages that may arise from your use of them.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fruit Million disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, or incidental damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or technical failures that interrupt your access to the platform. We do not guarantee that the platform will be free of errors or continuously available.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these terms, fraud, illegal activity, or lack of cooperation in connection with identity verification. You may choose to close your own account at any time by contacting customer service.

These terms and conditions, as well as any dispute arising in connection therewith, are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any legal dispute shall be settled exclusively by the competent courts in Denmark.
